El Cid Font Family was designed by Tony Nash and published by Classic Font Company. El Cid contains 3 styles and family package options. El Cid is based on a Spanish round gothic-script hand similar to the northern rotundra blackletter. It is however simpler in form and more legible than its northern relative. A unique feature of this family is the Swashed face which includes extensions and swirls for letters that can be placed before, after, over or under words.
