Slussen Stencil Font Family was designed by Hugo Jourdan and published by Blaze Type. Slussen Stencil contains 8 styles and family package options. Slussen Stencil is the other variation of Slussen. Created in reference to construction sites, it is ideal for designing signage tools. Stencil is defined by its bold, geometric and simplified cutout letterforms.Slussen is a Neo-Grotesque typeface well suited to tech and industrial companies. Slussen’s inspiration comes from rhythm and organisation of construction sites. When compared to more conventional Neo-Grotesque typefaces, Slussen’s design structure is based on a linear evolution throughout angular outlines. Combined with flat endings and a slight contrast in letterforms, this font family has been designed to cover a very large range of uses, from small captions to huge titles. From Compressed to Expanded, the complete family ranges across 6 widths and 8 weights + matching italics for a total of 104 styles in order to fit all types and sizes of supports, both print and on screen. On top of this Stencil variant, the font family also includes a Monospace version which combined with the standard version, allows Slussen to be a strong font system.
