Hofmann Grotesk Font Family was designed by David Súid and published by W Type Foundry. Hofmann Grotesk contains 20 styles and family package options. Inspired by Swiss designer Armin Hofmann, this typeface falls into the grotesk style and is built with three alternative styles. The default style, focused on versatility, is especially useful for medium-length texts and articles, as well as for logos and various types of web applications. In its details, it exhibits its own persona. The “display” style (G, Q, a, g, h, m, n, r, t, u) enhances the personality to create very striking compositions and short texts, standing out on their own. In the “classic” alternative set (R, a, l, y), more sober options are grouped, ideal for creating texts of any kind, logos, and other compositions without distractions for users. All these alternatives are good choices to meet any graphic need.On the other hand, Hofmann Grotesk offers six font options, ranging from the super heavy “Compressed,” through the super heavy “Medium,” to the super heavy “Expanded,” each with its respective italics. This extension is constructed from another angle, focusing much more on the organic form. Its figures and endings are more fluid and built more harmoniously, especially in larger sizes. Although they differ, they do not lose their original essence, thus creating their own personality. This version has 2 alternative sets. The “Organic” set (Q, a, l, y) emphasizes more fluid forms, with a sober and elegant personality, but with natural figures. The second set, “Classic” (G, R, a), blends humanistic forms for a different personality.
