BestSerif Font Family was designed by Hartmut Schaarschmidt and published by SD Fonts. BestSerif contains 6 styles and family package options. Serif fonts usually represent an aura of conservatism, tradition and value. Best Serif is an attempt to lift these qualities to a new level by adding modernism. To achieve this the amount of serifs in each letter is reduced and the horizontal and vertical strokes of the letters are optically equalized just like in sans serif fonts. This straightness and reduction implements a clean strong power to address important issues of modern life by combining up-to-dateness and seriousness.
