Elegia Font Family was designed by Gert Wiescher and published by Wiescher Design. Elegia contains 32 styles and family package options. I designed Elegia on a winter escape in beautiful and sunny Lisbon. That was a very elating experience, friendly people, a beautiful old town, perfect coffee and good simple cooking all that topped by extremely reasonable prices. Since I just have to design new typefaces all the time, I started and finished this elegant typeface. Each weight has 4 cuts, that can and should be mixed with each other. Oh one more thing, when in Lisbon, you will love those short little yellow streetcars (sometimes they are red, I don’t know why). Your cold-weather-avoiding-type-designer, Gert Wiescher
