MFC Medieval Monogram Font Family was designed by Jim Lyles, Brian J. Bonislawsky and published by Monogram Fonts Co.. MFC Medieval Monogram contains 19 styles and family package options. The source of inspiration for MFC Medieval Monogram is the 1934 “Book of American Types” by American Type Founders. Found in that specimen book was a set of Lombardic initials known as “Missal Initials” that was available in limited size metal castings. This wonderful typeface is now digitally recreated, revived, and updated with highly customizable monogramming in mind.
