Post-Antiqua Font Family was designed by Herbert Post and published by Berthold. Post-Antiqua contains 4 styles and family package options. Created in 1932 by German teacher, calligrapher and printer Herbert Post, Post-Antiqua originally consisted of capital letters only. Then, in 1939 Berthold released the lower case letters. The design is based on early hand-lettering. It is useful for introducing a casual tone into small bodies of text or conveying elegance in larger displays.
