Rothek Stencil Overview: 1000+ characters per font 22 static fonts 1 variable fonts Extensive OpenType features Support for 200+ Languages (Latin & Cyrillic) Special Symbols and Features Rothek Stencil is a stencilled version of Rothek, a geometric sans serif released through Groteskly Yours. While Rothek Stencil preserves the original proportions and structure of the family, some optical compensations were made to accommodate the stencilled version. Rothek Stencil comes in 22 styles (static fonts) or as one variable font. With over 1000 characters on board, it supports more than 200 languages, including most Latin-based languages, Extended Cyrillic, Vietnamese, and many more. Rothek Stencil can be used together with the original Rothek as a display/headline font–and it also shines as a headline font for any project that calls for a stencil font. While the primary goal was to create a unique and versatile stencilled font to be used at larger sizes, Rothek Stencil works surprisingly well as a text font. Thanks to extensive OpenType features, Rothek Stencil is very versatile. It includes such useful OT features as Case-Sensitive Punctuation, multiple Stylistic Sets, various numerals (Oldstyle, Tabular, Fractions, etc), and many others. The full Rothek Stencil type family includes 22 static styles (Thin to Black & matching Italics). The variable font incorporates both axes (Weight and Slant) and can be used for web and graphic design alike. The 22 static styles can be purchased separately or as part of Rothek Stencil family.
