Across each of the familys five fonts, all of the horizontal strokes share a consistent thickness, while vertical strokes grow thicker with each new weight. So Director Tamil Regulars strokes are almost mono-linear, but Director Tamils heavy weight sports letters with a very severe stroke contrast. Each font includes 269 glyphs, offering full support for the conjuncts and ligatures required in Tamil.
