Marche Font Family was designed by Colophon Foundry and published by Colophon Foundry. Marche contains 3 styles and family package options. Initially drawn as a bespoke typeface for a singular issue of photography magazine, HOTSHOE, Marché seeks inspiration and influence in European signage, from small village market shops to the sprawling hypermarkets of Calais, France. With a square-like and impactful DNA, it borders on a re-interpretation of Eurostile, but with the addition of both Italic and Backslant variants for emphasis or stylised usage.Marché is available in one weight — Super — with corresponding forward and backward slanting style. It is available to license in both Standard (‘STD’) and Professional (‘PRO’) versions, the latter containing a range of additional OpenType features.
